Aches and pains of added weight

So I guess I didn't realize what I was doing to myself. By gaining back some of the weight and not being active, my body started to rebel. I as a 27 year old women should not have problems with my back, knee joints, shoulder joints, ect, but I did/do. How horrible to feel like a 100 year old lady while still in my 20's. Since starting back on the plan 3 days ago, I have felt so much better. I have been exercising everyday for at least 30 minutes and now I have pain, but it is the good kind of pain from working out. The first pain to go was the back pain. I was having pain when I sat down. The muscles would tense up and just knot. By exercising, I am stretching those muscles out, warming them up and strengthening them. I think that my body is starting to love me again. So now to press on toward the goal and work towards getting rid of the rest of this weight so that I can feel good and more like a 20 year old.
PS- If I decide to let myself go again, please remind me about this blog and how much pain I was in and that my body cannot handle even 10 lbs of extra weight (pregnancy excluded).
