So I am on day 3 of the Attack phase of the Dukan diet, and so far so good.
I've been eating a LOT of cottage cheese, ff yogurt, and some fish. Also eating beef, chicken, etc.
I didn't see a difference on the scale from yesterday, but I'm not losing hope, since it's only day 3! When I weighed yesterday am I was suprised that the scale had gone down about 2lbs. 2lbs in ONE DAY!!! I was shocked. I know it's not a ton of weight, but I think that's good for one days worth of dieting!
It's been pretty easy to avoid foods that are not currently allowed, but last night I had about6 little pickle slices, forgetting that they're not in until the cruise phase. Not overly concerned about that though.
On my lunch hour today, I went over to a client's house for a swim, which was so nice and relaxing! I have to add it into my fitness log. I have kinda stoped tracking my food on SP because of the diet. I might start up again later on though.
I'm feeling pretty tired today, but positive, as I went for an interview yesterday and was hired on the spot!! It felt amazing, since there were a bunch of people from my school program interviewing for the same job! I guess all my excitedness yesterday wore me out a lot. I gave my 2 weeks' notice at my current job, which felt soooooooo good! I hope these 2 weeks fly by!!
