Had fasting labs done today and everything came in good except my LDL levels. They were lower than they should be. I talked to my NP and asked how to get it better.
Here initial answer was nutrition and exercise. They she looked at me and laughed and said - eat more fruits and vegetables (which I am bad at). She said fiber would help too (another thing I have a problem with).
So, my new focus on nutrition is to up protein, fiber, and eat more fruits and vegetables. I think that is going to be harder than reducing calories to loss the 30 pounds I just lost.
