Wow, I am now doing week 4 and feeling great. On my days off I decided to repeat week 1 at a very light pace instead of walking those days off. I feelings great and gets me moving for the day.
I signed up for a virtual race a 5k walk/run. I am hoping that this will keep me motivated and help me in my continual move forward to a half marathon.
Well hope everyone has a great day and keeps moving forward with their goals, I know that I will.
