emoticonI have been on facebook playing games! Wasting precious time!
I love my new job and need to get back on track with exercise, so today I vow to be committed to

I am committed:

To make exercise a daily part of my life.
Eat as "Clean" as possible.
No negative self talk!
Lose 1.4 lbs a week to reach my goal weight of 142 (thinking 137 is out of reach)

Thanking you all, for the amazing support you always send my way.

We all need a little game time! Glad to hear you love your new job, that's awesome!! You can do it. Try the nutrition tracker if you don't already use it, I have found it really invaluable the past month while I've been trying to tighten up my diet. You will make your goal! You are so close! emoticon emoticon
