Happy Summer Solstice Everyone!!
I am having a good week so far and today I just got back from an after lunch walk. Has anyone every tried to eat the meals that they recommend on the food tracker? I am struggling with coming up with stuff to eat/make and have decided to try it. I printed the grocery list for the week, and off to the store I went. I donít eat meat, so some of the ideas they come up with are creative to say the least (today I had Ĺ cup of pinto beans with my lunch!).
Itís a nice change to follow the foods they suggest, although it did take a lot of planning and preparation (for the week, and daily now). I feel much better just eating right for 3 days. Today I started my walk at lunch plan. I know I need to move.
If anyone has any comments about using the menus that they suggest, or if you have had success, I would love to hear about it. I am back on the bus so to speak, and I want to have success this time! I have approximately 20 Ė 30 more lbs to lose!
