OK, so I took some pain killers/anti-inflammatory. Knee is much better. I was talking to one of my friends last night, he recommended weighing every day. I thought that was just crazy. I'll never lose weight if I do that. But he noted how the scale should be used as a motivational tool.
That probably works well for men!! We all know men lose weight faster and better than women! But I decided to weigh in early this week. Incredibly, 2 lbs down. It's probably water weight. I think the anti-inflammatory did the trick. I'll have to take some every day now!! LOL (jk)
