It is time to refocus. I have been crazy busy with work the last 2 weeks. This has resulted in not getting enough sleep, less planning of meals, and decreased exercise. I have also not been checking in with SP. And guess what? I am up 3-4 lbs. When this has happening before, it has been a sign that I need to step back and focus on the basics.
1. Log ALL foods I eat
2. Record weekly weight (even when I gain).
3. Exercise 5 days a week (as my schedule is still a little "off," flexibility is OK.)
4. At least 8 glasses water EACH day
If I follow this plan until next Thursday (6/30/11), I will reward myself by spending my Sports Authority gift card ($10) on.........( to be determined).
