Second Week Down, a Good Start on the Third!

So the scale didn't move this week. I honestly am OK with it. I doubt i will be OK with it if the scale doesn't move NEXT week...but for now I am OK. I had a good week last week; went off the program some over the weekend while I was out of town, but I got in about 5 days of solid exercise, and three days of strength training. THAT in my book is a good week. Besides, I think my shorts feel a bit loose!

    portion control is a major piece for me, i was astounded to find out how much i was really eating in the beginning. now i eat from a smaller plate, etc. and when i'm in restaurants i always order 'small.' i say to myself: 'if you don't want to be large, don't eat large.' : )

    remember when you excercise you are moving flab to muscle...muscle weighs more...therefore don't worry about numbers if your clothes fit better you did in fact move in the right direction! Weigh to go!!! emoticon
