Second Week Down, a Good Start on the Third!

So the scale didn't move this week. I honestly am OK with it. I doubt i will be OK with it if the scale doesn't move NEXT week...but for now I am OK. I had a good week last week; went off the program some over the weekend while I was out of town, but I got in about 5 days of solid exercise, and three days of strength training. THAT in my book is a good week. Besides, I think my shorts feel a bit loose!
