I was sitting in the doctor's office and I was reading an article about someone who lost alot of weight. In there it said to try and walk 10,000 steps a day. I tried that yesterday and I got on the scale this morning and I lost five pounds. I was so happy. I thought to myself that I was going to continue this goal because it really works. It is great and keeps me moving throughout the day. I am going to continue my mile walks also. I am also eating healthier and controlling my diabetis. I feel healthier when I eat alot of fruits and vegetables. Thank you God for the help and encouragement.
