I did it! I made it 30 days!

So I did it! I actually worked out every day for 30 days. What did I learn? I learned that I can do it! I also learned that for me it is important to take it easy on some days. I am completely exhausted after these 30 days. Tomorrow I am only going to do my mile walk and call it a day. I really am excited that I made it a whole 30 days though!

I am going to try mixing up my routines and doing some other things now. My husband wants to buy an elliptical. I am excited for that!!

Yay for me!!!
