Re-organizing the Pantry,

I've taken most everything out of the pantry except the food. I actually put a huge box of old dolls that need restoring in my car. I know I will never get around to them so they are going to the Visiting Nurses thrift store where they will get good care and new homes. I have a lot of extra room to put other things in. Grouping and weeding out things as I go so it is a slow process. I just remembered that I have a wire shelf that I can put together so I can put all my canned goods in it. It goes together with a plastic snap affair that makes cubes about 18" square, about five cubes high so that will give me a lot more shelf space to put other stuff in. Cool!

It's going to get over 80 today and tomorrow. Yay, a heatwave!! I just realized that I need to eat lunch. Breakfast was at 8 and now I am starving and it is almost 1:30. LoL

I am maintaining my weightloss so that is good. I usually eat a huge mixed veggie salad for dinner and that keeps me full and never eat anything before bed. Sometimes I'll have sugarfree ice cream with some slightly sweetened strawberries that I fixed.

I am drinking lots of water!

    I laughed when you said you've taken everything out of your pantry "except the food." ALL I HAVE IN MY PANTRY IS FOOD! I never thought about storing anything else in there. Well, we do have our Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, etc. in there as there are very few drawers in our summer home - manufactured home leave a lot to be desired.

    I love cleaning out a closet and getting rid of stuff I no longer need. Sounds like you're keeping up the healthy lifestyle, good for you.

    Sounds like you are getting everything sorted you soon have everything the way you like it. I would like not to eat before bed it is something I have to work on. Good on you keeping you weight under control.

    don't forget about eating lunch.. your body needs those calories so you don't put it in starvation mode
