I have been reveling in the fact that I'm on vacation. Not really vacation... but, less busy.
I went on a bad-eating spree for a bit, then went back to good food. Lots of nice veggies, fruit, and whole grains. I feel so much better when I eat like that. I eat yogurt instead of milk or cheese and less meat.
I'm going on a vacation with my husband (kids staying home with their grammie and aunt) tomorrow! Yaaay! I'm hoping to be active -- to a degree. It's our first vacation alone (not visiting family, or going to a conference) since our honeymoon 15 years ago!
