Wow, it is funny how life can dish up obstacles when you are determined to achieve a particular goal. I recently confirmed my commitment to lose at least 3 pounds per week. Well, needless to say I have had challenges after challenges but I will not give up. I realize it takes small steps before the sprint actually begins so I am in it for the long haul.
I WILL REACH MY GOAL! I will be a stronger and more confident person as a result of these challenges.
Onward and upward!
