This week, I'm increasing the intensity of my workouts. I've graduated from 1 - 2 lb weights and will be adding 2 different "Chair Dancing" workouts in the afternoons. Mornings are now 2 mile walks (seated versions of an indoor cardio workout) w/ 20 minutes of weights every other day.
I'm upping my game as today is the Kick-Off for the American Heart Association's 5K Walk in September & I'm in "training" for that!
