Meals for June 19

Breakfast:
Scrambled egg with spinach, red onions, mushrooms, ham, shredded cheese slice of bread( everyone else had it rolled in a tortilla)

Lunch:
1/2 dolly madison coffee cake
mountain dew
1/2 chicken breast skinless with some honey mustard
veggie sticks

Dinner:
1/2 chicken breast skinless
homemade macaroni & cheese
baked beans
corn
grapes
swiss cheese
mountain dew

Snack:
couple of chips and some ranch dip
a tortilla chip and bit of my sons new salsa he bought
fun size snickers bar
orange
1 1/2 servings of grapes
mountain dew

off and on all day I drank Orange cucumber water about 50 oz
3 bottles of water
6 glasses of water
