My mother called last night and had my Uncle there .
So today I am going to go pick him up and take him to my
land to view my cabin progress. He is like me in the fact
that he soon will be building his retirement home on our
country farm(45 acres). He is a great guy and it will be great
to spend time with him . Well I had another over the limit
calories day and when I weigh in soon I do not expect to be
that far ahead if not a little behind ..again... I am getting the
exercise in now pretty good. Now to get the food side back
under control. I know I can do it. I just need to follow through
at night for the WIN!
