I really like tracking everything when I have the time. I have won a battle against carbs. I have discovered the easy lunch to pack and feel full and have energy, just soy protein powder and raw carrots. I feel that I have come a long way and the only thing against me is myself. I still fulfill my gaps in life with sweets and I am learning when my triggers are in high form and soon I will overcome this too. Weight loss is slow for me because sometimes I feel vulnerable the smaller I get and I don't like feeling vulnerable. Then I eat too much. Oh well, smaller is what's ordered so it's coming and it's time to deal with it right?
