I have been away from SP for about two weeks due to the fact that I had to come home(practically kicking and screaming... school has become "home" to me) and haven't had much computer time. I haven't lost any weight, but I haven't gained any either, so I guess that's okay.
Eating at home is a major struggle. No one cooks here so it's microwave or take out. I am the only one who will cook and I HATE cooking, so it's been an adjustment. But instead of giving in to the unhealthy nonsense that goes on in this house, I've been cooking all our meals with my little sister(She's only 9... a great time to learn healthier habits). So one small victory for me. I have actually gotten to the point that I prefer cooking to the other stuff. The things I make are actually pretty good, surprisingly, and much healthier for me too.
While I was at school, one of my favorite ways to get exercise was the Michael Jackson experience game on wii. I figured that when I came home, I would at least be able to do that. But sadly, the game is lost so I have to get exercise another way. But the wii fit is here, so I've been(kinda) doing that. My hope for this week is that I will be able to get into some sort of routine that includes exercise.
I'm still working on leaving 180-ville so I will be going hard this week. Hopefully next week I will be able to move into 170-ville.
The "ville" groups are one of my favorite things about SP.
