Who ever said getting old isn't for wimps was so right! My back is better, I was able to walk the rest of the day, but it was hard to stand up straight, especially after sitting too long. It is just a dull ache now, that mostly bothers me when I rise after sitting. There was a dull pain during WATP this morning, but it was ok. The tendonitis in my right arm hurts a whole lot more. I also have a new pain in my left heel. It is worse first thing in the morning. I feel like my body is suddenly turning on me! I liked it better when I was exercising without any body parts hurting. I was actually getting an internal "big head" about being able to exercise without much injury pain. Guess this is my payback! I will not make that mistake twice.

    Hope by now you are feeling better. I agree with Leslie, the alternative is worse. Keep working at it!

    I take an advil before i do a workout if i have been having aches and pains. have a great week!

    Hope the pains will change - or you find a workout that goes without it.
And then I value even more that my exercises are without any pain so far!

    Hope the aches & pains go away soon! Sometimes getting "older" sucks but the alternative is worse... LOL emoticon Kuddos to you for keeping it going!
