Honestly, I didn't think I would lose this much, on my first month! I shocked myself when I got on the scale this morning. Ok now on my way to my goal.
What I did differently. I started eating clean again. But this time I cut out all the dairy, sugars, and anything that would be considered white (flour, sugar too, white rice)
I actually believe that is my weight loss reasons for losing this weight. Also, no bloat or uncomfortable feeling in the evening.
I do need to get back to a exercise routine. Hot weather is moving in, and discourages any walking outside. I live in the desert. So Debbie Sansone it is!
Anyway, I am not that active, except for my yardwork, 2 hours in the morning.
And caring for my animals (job in itself) and minimal housework. And when I get a project going, woodworking (DIY)
I am excited to be back. This years promise to myself and goals, is to get back to the amount I lost with SP when I started, and continue on to goal. Something tells me I am going to do it this time. My appetite has changed and I don't seem to have the cravings for sugar that I used to have. I also am not baking this year, I want to concentrate on my clean eating, and incorporate new recipes, and menu's.
Also to add, I weigh once a month, I don't bring the scale out until the 18th of each month, it's exciting to see a good loss. Day to day and week to week discouraged me, and set me into a eating binge, if I didn't lose or gained a bit
I knew it could be water gain. But it's a psychological thing, and it's just better for me to do the oam thing.
