I have been severely slacking the past month and a half. I don't know if I have got comfortable with my weight or what it is..but I'm tired of it. I am bound and determined to get down to 115 like I want too. Even if I have mess up after mess up..I'm going to do it...It seems that everytime I get down to 129..I self-sabotage and bounce back up to 132.8 (BLAH!)..I hate that number..Although it's a number I have dreamed all my life of being I want to be smaller now!! So heres my goals for the rest of June and July---and without icecream, cookies, and pizzas help!!
June Weight Goal: 127 by the end of June.
July Weight Goal: 123 by the end of July.
June Exercise Goals 9/15 days..which I have worked out 2/15 days with about 12 days left so surely I can get those 7 days in!
July Exercise Goals 27/31 days!
I know this seems crazy but whats crazy is how "little" I have started to care! ...It's time to get back on the right track! :)
