I lost 6/10 of a pound this week! I stayed in my calorie range 5 days and did some kind of cardio Monday through Friday. I am still not at my spark starting weight but its a new beginning. After watching the scale go up and up (and considering buying a new scale).
It was really hard work though and I am semi-exhausted thinking about the fact that I need to lose 40 pounds to be in my "ideal range". At less than a pound a week that will take me a whole year. Not good for a girl who likes instant gratification.
I am so lucky to be able to have summers off with my kids so I can spend more time focusing on my eating and less meals eating while writing reports. And less "gifts" of food. And less birthday treats. And less pot lucks (man the education field is fueled by potlucks and birthday cupcakes).
I may not have had a perfect week but dang I am glad to finally see a result!
