Mission 100 - Lose 100 in 100 Days
This mission commences on June 22nd and ends September 30th. The mission is to lose my 100th pound on SparkPeople by October 1st. This is a stretch but a doable goal.
I have lost 70 pounds - lose 30 more and I'll reach 100. The goal is simple - accomplish this by 10/1.
500 Hours of Cardio
500 Servings of Fruit and Vegetables
100 Hours of Strength Training
Walk/Run 100 miles (exercising not just steps)
Be below 300 by July 1st
Be below 290 by August 1st
Be below 280 by September 4th
Be below 275 by October 1st
My reward: TBD
-- My thoughts - a formal dinner with wife wearing my suit from our wedding 16 years ago -- OR -- A 2 night get away to a BB near the ocean or Atlantic City (if business does not send me to Vegas for a week in September - wife will sneak along on that trip!)
