Here it is Spark friends.... I have put on weight. A LOT of weight!!!!
I've been doing the "it's too cold to exercise" and not watching what I eat and then I got on the scales and they practically moaned in pain (or was that just my response to the number on the scale?) So I am writing this blog to make me accountable. If I put it out there that I have stumbled then I will be more inclined to get back on the path. And that is what I intend to do.
* exercise 5-6 times a week before work (+tai chi on Thursday nights and ballet lessons on Saturday)
* Watch what I eat - weigh it and log it.
*Aim to lose a kilo a week
** LOG ON TO SPARK PEOPLE REGULARLY!!!! this site is a fantastic tool and I need to use it more.
So that's it folks - my confession and my plan - wish me luck.
