Went to the gym about 2 hrs work out found some fabulous machines at the gym worked mainly on upper body
30 mins at level 6 speed setting on the treadmill a power walk.
worked from 3pm to 11 pm
Did'nt count calories as I ran out of time

    I had a couple of days off from the gym my partner and I went around town and had a look at some art galleries yesterday a really nice way to spend some time
I went to my Gym today ran 2x10 min runs speed 7 on flat running surface and 15 min power walk,also worked out upper body and torso area with weight training.
Got to go to work, now have a great day friends on the same journey.

    The date of the 16/6/2011 refers to what I did on that day I was home late so fileing my entries where the last thing on my mind last night. emoticon
