Good Thursday Sparkfam! It was raining earlier but the sun cleared those clouds up & its beautiful outside! Gorgeous day here in Chicago but chance for rain for the next few days. That's okay as long as its either early early in the morning or middle of the night. lol Hey the plants & trees are growing right?

Today my workout was kickboxing & tae bo & Jillian Michaels. I could've done better on food as well. I did have a slice of bacon with breakfast a slice of pizza for lunch & a wedge of a donut. Well that's why the evening workout is necessary. lol
