I have been following the Dash Diet and have developed an easy way for me to enter the foods that I eat into my Spark Nutrition log.
Since this diet uses many low salt foods in the recipes, I have been entering 2 Dash Diet recipes a day into my Spark Recipe book, labeled Dash. I can then quickly click on a recipe and enter it into my daily log giving me the exact calories, sodium, etc., contents.
This method would work well for any specialized diet plan also.
