Good all day until dinner...

I started my day out great! I got up early before work and did my workout. I drank 8 glasses of water today and took my vitamin. I ate healthy for breakfast and lunch but then came dinner. I had 2 pieces of pizza and 3 breadsticks!!!! BLEH!!!! I'm not going to let this one slip up get me down and keep me from continuing with my goals. I'm going to push forward and continue to be proud of myself for the things I'm doing.

    Hey! You're doing great! Keep in mind its a lifestyle change. If we wanna be healthy forever it doesnt mean we wont EVER have pizza! Every day we will get better and better and it will become way easier to limit our junk food intake. I used to crave fast food and pizza like every day, now I rarely want it, and if we have it, im content eating a piece or two, where before id eat at least 3 or 4 pieces emoticon

wtg on the healthy breakfast and lunch and getting your workout in!
