Day 463: Day 22 of the 30 Day Extreme Push Challenge

Day 22!! We are restarting a new 30 Day EPC after this one, so if you have any friends that want to jump on board...invite them! As always, you can be on whatever day of the challenge that you want to be and your goals can be whatever you want. We're just here to motivate and encourage each other :).

Nutrition/giving up coffee – Day 22...don't even miss it :)

Fitness/ChaLEAN Extreme – Today is my cardio day :)..think I'm going to do a little bit more today, feelin' motivated! Plus, I sorta ate some crap :). haha.

You don't have to do this alone! All of your goals are possible if you let other join you on this journey! Take friends up on the support they offer and learn how to ask for help.

People can't guess what you need. You have to communicate and you'll be surprised at how happy others will be to help!

We thrive when other people are in our lives. We lean on each other in challenging times and we celebrate success together.

Let others contribute to your dream and reach out to help others. We learn so much from each other. We all have strengths and sometimes some fresh energy or someone with a different skill set can make all the difference.
Let go of the need to do it all yourself and welcome offers of assistance. Together we achieve much more than anyone will alone!

Chalene Johnson’s 30 Day Challenge, Day 22 Answer: I think we've all done a good job sharing this challenge with other people.. :). So I would consider this one done! I was working on asking for help prior to this, and this just reiterates what I already know I have to do :).

One positive thing I did today: I did SO much reading and writing today. Reading for school, writing for school, and writing for my book! Woot woot!

One thing thing I'm grateful for: I just finished this book "Energy Leadership" and it was very eye opening for me. The founder of my life coaching school wrote it and it makes me so excited for what else is to come!! :)
