I am back again.. Spark is by far my favorite site for logging my fitness and food. I have gained some weight back over the last two years and I need to off and I need it to stay off. So I am on a quest to meet a few goals this year
1) Run a 1/2 marathon in October
2) Drop 2 sizes by end of year
3) Make better diet choice for my entire family.
