Yeah been doing crappy about eating, working out, and keeping track of my foods. I may have to up my exercise after I get home and keep on low end of my calories to lose all this vacation weight. grrr. Yesterdays weight was 157...gained 1.5lbs. I'll weigh in tonight when my son falls asleep or I get a minute to myself. Spent most of today on the beach with my birthday girl...my now 4 year old Isabel. Got a great wrap silk dress that is one size fits all so no matter the weight-loss will still fit me. Too much junk food bought for my daughters b-day hanging around and I of coarse eat it....ugh.
Weight: 159 gained another pound and a half.
Sigh, that's it no more sweets the rest of the week...or milk....or bread....and I need to do some exercise! *fingers crossed* that I can do it and get back down to 155 by the time I get home sunday.
