Getting Back On Track

Last week I tried very hard to stay on track, didn't post everything I ate but I have it committed to memory and plan on getting it all on here when I get home from work.
We spent the weekend camping, and didn't really eat more or less than we normally do on a weekend, ok maybe a little less. We were busy doing things to our campsite and cleaning up the lot, and just didn't stop to eat all the time. We ate breakfast late, around 11am and didn't really eat lunch, just had an early dinner, and then maybe a snack before going to a dance.

I also forgot to weigh myself last week so I have no idea where my progress with that was last week.

Today I woke up in pain, feels like sciatic nerve pain, and it's very difficult to sit for long periods of time, not to mention difficult to walk. Every step was like a knife in my lower back. The pain was shooting down my right leg, thru my knee and into my ankle. It seems to be easing up a bit, not sure if it's just going away or if it was the naproxen I took about 10am. Either way, at least that pain is gone LOL

Yesterday I just didn't feel too good, my husband wasn't feeling good Saturday night, so I wonder if we had a stomach flu or something. Nothing tastes good to me, and I have to force myself to eat something just to keep my glucose levels stable. Hopefully tomorrow will be better and also the rest of the week. I have been drinking my water tho, don't need to dehydrate on top of everything else!

Ok, moving on to better days and positive thoughts! emoticon
