Ok, so I reset my tracker to represent what the scale said this morning...193.8. How incredibly embarassing. I was 174 six months ago....sad right? So here's me taking baby steps. I really want to be to 175 by the time school starts on august 24....so I don't feel so embarassed in my skin.......so I set my stuff here on spark. I used to burn like 600-1000 calories a day by working out...with my new crazy schedule, that just isn't possible. I'm aiming for 1500 calories per week.....which puts me at a 1200-1550 calorie range per day. I'm going to shoot for about 1450 for now....and once I have eased myself into this workout schedule, I will see if i can up my calorie burn...The plan is all vegan eating.....and my workout plan was posted yesterday. I'm not sure how many pounds per week I need to lose to reach my goal...but I'm assuming it's 2 pounds or less per week since Spark didn't tell me I was making a bad decision lol. I'm not going to pressure myself..it's a goal that I am going to strive to work....
Switch to all vegan eating (phase 1: grocery shopping complete)
Follow the plan I posted yesterday for workouts....1500 calories per week minimum
Mondays- 15 minutes AM Yoga. 4.5 mile walk. 15 minutes PM Yoga. DVD or Gym
Tuesday: 15 minutes AM Yoga. 4.5 mile walk. 15 minutes PM Yoga.
Wednesday: 15 minutes AM Yoga. 4.5 mile walk. 15 minutes PM Yoga The Shred.
Thursday: 15 minutes AM Yoga. 4.5 mile walk. 15 minutes PM Yoga. DVD
Friday: 15 minutes AM Yoga. 4.5 mile walk. 15 minutes PM Yoga. DVD
Saturday/Sunday: 15 minutes AM Yoga. 4.5 mile walk. 15 minutes PM Yoga. DVD or GYM
Eat 1200-1550 calories per day of VEGAN food lol
Get back to drinking 100+ ounces of water per day
If drinking green tea, use stevia or agave for sweetener with lemon juice and log it
take pictures of everything I eat this week, to serve as a wakeup call
No eating out until either my mom visits/Shaun and my anniversary (we are doing vegan chinese)
Do one physical activity a day...walking, yoga, dvd, gym, perking...all included! lol
Meditate for 15 minutes minimum per day..this is VERY critical....I need this ME time....I need the time to just be....
Do yoga at least 3 days per week...to realign my body and my soul
No drinking all week...I am sad to say that there were a few weeks there where I did have wine at least 2 or 3 times a week.....I don't like drinking....so no more.
Say something positive about my life and about myself each day
Ok I think that's enough...because I'm feeling overwhelmed...but that's the baby steps to feeling better about myself.....about focusing on my health once again and to pull myself out of this whole that I feel I am in.
