So last week wasn't so good meeting goals, particularly tracking and this was reflected on the scale :( Wasn't a complete write off though I was at least somewhat active and what is reflected below is actually under as I did some gardening/other activity that is not included.
1. Track 5/7 days. 0/7
2. Stay within calorie range 5/7 days. 0/7 ?? Seriously I might have but without tracking I have no way to know for sure.....
3. Burn minimum of 1500 calories through exercise/activity. 998/1500
4. Walk/run at least 10 miles over the week. 7.0810 done
5. Do something active with the kids at least 3 nights after dinner. 1/3
This week will be more of the same...well better hopefully but same in terms of goals... worried that rain may impact but may have to be creative...
