2 Cor 6:1-10
1 "As his fellow-workers, we urge you not to let your acceptance of his grace come to nothing.
2 As he said, 'At the time of my favour I have answered you; on the day of salvation I have helped you'; well, now is the real time of favour, now the day of salvation is here. "
Here we are Monday morning with a whole new week ahead of us.
I have found that I enjoy fruit and veggies better than junk food all the time. Of course there will always be a taste for the junkies, but I believe if we only eat one piece of candy or a bite of cookie or cake or whatever, that, that suffices the urge or craving and if I eat more then I lose the battle so must keep on top of what I am doing. It is so easy to go on a binge; even without thinking about it. At least it's not a constant thing as before, only a one time and eventually and hopefully that will die out.
I am so happy to not have my diaphragm frozen and able to breathe normally, I thank Father God every day at least once for His Goodness and Mercy towards me. To take a deep breath is absolutely wonderful.
