Back on Track

Ok. That's it. It's summer, I'm home again, and I'm getting back into the swing of things. I let myself get out of the habits toward the end of the summer last year and then it all went to hell when I went back to school. I also only started part of the way through the summer. I'm starting now this year. Not after I get back from the three-week-long family vacation where we binge and laze around. NOW. I have pretty dresses that I love and want to feel super-confident wearing and I'm going to get there.

What I was good at last year:

- Drinking at least 8 cups of water every day
- Getting in at least a little exercise each day

So that's where I'll start. I'm going to put myself back on the 28-day bootcamp because I was great at doing those short videos regularly. I'm going to get in my water every day. And I'm going to do this.

I can tell I've gained back weight, and not just from how I look in pictures, etc. I don't feel physically where I want to be. So I'm going to do this again.
