AHHH!!! I have accomplished MORE than I could every imagine with Sparkpeople over the last 2.5 years. When I started, my ultimate reason for losing the weight was to be able to run around with my daughter more and secondly, get pregnant with baby #2 and have a 'normal' pregnancy. I wanted to be healthy and actually 'LOOK" pregnant, and not be high risk....my ULTIMATE goal was to be 199lbs when I became pregnant...well it took a lot longer than I thought but at 149 pounds, I found out a few days ago..I AM PREGNANT :) :) :) I am OVER the moon! I am SOO excited to be 'showing' and going into the doctor and not being scared of weighing or getting a lecture :) I did get upset a little yesterday when I started thinking about the scale going UP, UP , UP over the next 9 months...but my goal is to not gain more than 25lbs and to continue logging my food (just upping the calories) and working out (just not as intensely). AHHH!!! I am SOOO excited!!! I will breath easier after 12 weeks...I have just been telling all my girlfriends, I wont be telling my family for awhile I will still be here SPARKING everyday! Sparkpeople has me checking off EVERY dream and goal month by month and year by year.. It has taken me almost four years off and on of trying to get pregnant and I am so healthy now, I think it definitely helped :) .SOMEBODY PINCH ME PLEASE :) :) XOXOXO to my sparkling sparkers :)
