Goals for Good

I have been given an assignment from a teammate to blog about my goals for this week. Here are my current overall goals which include what I'll be working on for the coming week:

SELF EMPLOYMENT
Ideally it would be great if I could spend an hour a day either working on my business blog or on a self-employment / self-growth assignment from the books I’m reading. Not sure how I can find this time, though with all of my other goals…

BALANCE IN LIFE
Leave work at a reasonable hour (5 or 6pm)
Be more social – plan outings, go to meetups
Downtime / fun time with my boyfriend
Meditate for at least 5 min every morning
Schedule in time for me to be alone
Get 7-8 hrs sleep each night

HOUSE
Follow the flylady’s cleaning routines
Declutter 5 things per day
Continue to fix up my room

GET MY BODY IN SHAPE
Track everything I eat and eat within calorie range EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Exercise 6 days per week
