Losing weight but not inches

It has been 2 years now since I had my second child,my beautiful little girl. Fiona, and I have only lost about 10 pounds, over a 2 year period. Which is depressing to say the least. At times At times I am very active and have a fantastic workout regime going but I can never seem to keep it up. I have pretty much given up beating my self up over i. It does me no good. So every time I miss my workout I tell myself tat my body and my mind want change and that is why i stopped. So I get myself to do something else to stay fit, Like when I have been walking for 2 weeks and all of a sudden i have no interest in it I might put in Tae-Bo and do that for a couple of days. Then I go through a period of not working out at all for some reason. But be that as it may I have found that I had recently lost about 5 lbs which was fantastic. But when I measured myself I found that despite my weight loss I some how did no lose any measurement across my body. My arms and waist are just as thick as they were months go. I have maintained this new weight loss for a while now so it should be showing me SOME sign! Somewhere on m body. How does work. How does this happen? The weight loss is motivating but the inches are worrying me. Should I be worried?? This is a conundrum. Or at least I think is.......

    Maybe the weight is redistributing itself somehow. The inches will come in time. Keep focused for success. You can do it. Go for it.
