Ready For A New Week

This week was rough for me. I work nights, which makes it hard to lose weight. I always lose on my days off. But this week, rather than working only 4 nights, I worked 6, a total of 63.75 hours, so I'm happy to have a maintain for the week. This coming week I will work 4 nights, Sunday-Wednesday, and then I will be off for 5 nights. That's when I lose the most weight because I can actually get some sleep then and have more of a "normal" schedule. I am SOOOO ready for my days off!

    Oh man I know what you mean! I work nights and all I want to do when I get off work is drive through taco bell or some other greasy fast food place, eat all my calories for the day in 1 sitting, then collapse like a slug! I have been making food b4 hand so when I get home it is ready to heat. Enjoy your days off!

    wow i work 2 nights

i used to work 5 it was exhausting my heart goes out to you.

work sunday friday this week.

just had a holiday.

hoping the trackers will keep me focussed.
