This week was rough for me. I work nights, which makes it hard to lose weight. I always lose on my days off. But this week, rather than working only 4 nights, I worked 6, a total of 63.75 hours, so I'm happy to have a maintain for the week. This coming week I will work 4 nights, Sunday-Wednesday, and then I will be off for 5 nights. That's when I lose the most weight because I can actually get some sleep then and have more of a "normal" schedule. I am SOOOO ready for my days off!
