I am pretty proud of myself for this first week of the summer challenge. I planned to go to workout classes 3 times this week and accomplished that and did a class today for "the last chance workout". I took a strength class which used bands, stability ball and weights. I will probably be sore for a few days. Now all I have to do is get the eating under control. I hope the scale reflects all the hard work I put in.
