White Water Rafting ~~~ What Was I Really Thinking!!!

Saturday, June 11, 2011

I think I may be having a slight mid-life crisis. I have never been adventurous!! Social yes, adventurous, not so much!!

I am starting to have these INDIANA JONES moments (enlisting in all manners of foolishness)~~~at least until it's time to go. I have been up peaking emoticon around since 3am trying to figure out how to keep myself inside that DANG RAFT!! emoticon.

Oh least its an excellent workout and should I fall out, maybe I can get some strength training points clinging to whatever I can until someone comes and saves me emoticon

I smiled the hold time I read your Blog. You sound like such a fun person to hang out with. Now that's what I call pouring out the Bucket-List. I'm glad you had fun. I must be having a moment too. I have thought about kayaking. LOL

A friend of ours fell out. Right in front of the place where they take the pictures. Very funny seeing her legs straight up in the air and the horrified look on her kids face. All ended well. Have fun.

Ha!Ha!Ha!- Girl, I'm picturing you holding on to something for dear life! While I'm on the side of you saying "Save us both soror!" Ok. So I am a visual silly girl. I can't help it. emoticon

How exciting! I wish I had the courage to raft. We just finished a 5-day 48-mile walk in the Usk River Valley. I'm 71 and that was a big adventure for me. emoticon

Tell you what, I'll go and do it for the first time and you can read my blog, ok? No I didn't think so, for some reason that is one thing I have always wanted to do and have managed to live in a lot of states without any.
have a great time and know that someone is wishing they were doing it too.
