Remember back in May when I was dealing with my maintenance man about my air conditioner. U would not believe this but the landlord had to buy a brand new system. After they thought the problem was over, they found a leak in the system on the roof of the building.
Becuz the bedroom was so hot w/o the air conditioner that I didn't get enough sleep. So finally they called some real professionals to fix it. It took them three (3) days during the weekend until they were satisfy with the work.
And during all of this, my so called landlord was always complaining about how much money he was dishing out!! He's not a good person to deal with but I get along with anyone cuz I was raised that way. God doesn't like bad people.
I don't get why people want other people to live somewhere they wouldn't want to live. Now, if your landlord lived like that then I could understand not knowing better, but I bet he doesn't.
i feel that almost all the landlords are like that.they want to take the money,but don.t want to do any repairs.i had two of them that awayone even wanted us to pay for repairs,that we we're even responsed for.it got real bad.and he was upset because we called state board of him.he was very upset because he had only 3days to get it fixed,
