Ok, so I have to come to grips with the fact that some foods are just too overwhelming for me to control myself around. Pizza, for example. I LOVE pizza and could eat it all the time. The thicker the crust, the better. Waffles, especially with berries, whip cream, and syrup, or even chocolate chips. Ice cream. I love sundaes. There are more too. The point is that I need to be mindful of these foods and try to avoid them for the most part. When I began this program I told myself that I wouldn't deprive myself, and I haven't. But, I feel myself slipping back into these bad habits. Like 2 pieces of pizza won't cut it. I usually try to get a small personal one, so when it's gone, I am done. Still, I do not want to even think of putting on weight again!! Maybe it is just better to steer clear of these foods for a while. The season for fresh fruit and veggies is almost here. Let's get those last few pounds off!!!
