So Far I've been pretty good at getting up and doing the Biggest Loser Cardio Max Dvd. Next week will be the real challenge. (I'm only doing the dvd on week day mornings) ((and won't be doing it tomorrow morning, because...)
I'm road tripping down to Missouri with 3 girlfriends for a wedding!! We're leaving in the morning and we'll get in Friday evening. Wedding on Saturday. Drive back sunday (that will be the rough part).
This is the first time we've done a road trip more than 3 hours and the first time without mothers! Of course once we get to Missouri to mothers will be there. (Its a small town, the mom's actually wanted us to ride with them, but we got out of it).
Until then, I"m sitting at the apple store hoping they can fix my ipod. Randomly songs will only play 5 seconds and then skip to the next. And of course its always a song I want to hear. Hopefully they can fix it!
Back to the morning DVD routine. I am getting up and doing it! But, I rarely do the entire dvd. I usually cut off either the warm up or cool down (shameful, I know) but I've got to get a shower and get ready for work and I never start the workout at exactly the time I hope.
Next Friday I have my 3rd 5k, so I really need to get about 3 runs in this week. Last week's 5k was fun, but I took walking breaks. I tried to look up my score online, and didn't even find myself! But I did find all my friends :( So I'm not sure what happened. My garmin says about 30 minutes. But that was after I got out of the shoot. So hopefully I stayed close to my time of 29.22 from my first 5k.
