I have really had it of going between 286 and 294. This has been going on since January. I am really tired and very frustrated now. Just sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I did a lot of reading on calorie and nutrients. I even went back and looked at some of my past calorie tracking sheets. I was eating quite a lot of carbs. In fact, they overtook everything else.
Plan of action: Track everything I put in my mouth. This week I even learned how to look at the bottom of my calorie track sheet to see how much of each nutrients I am eating. That's how I found out about the carbs.
So I eliminated a lot of it and really kept on the right tract this week. I cannot wait to see what the scale is going to say on my weigh-in day which is Saturday.
I gave myself my motivated talk that no matter what the scales says on Saturday I am staying on track because I know how to eat now.
