Food Calories!

According to the Spark Calorie counter, I am to eat between 1,340 and 1,690 calories per day.

I have found that out of habit, I have 3 huge meals a day which easily cause me to go over my daily allowance of calories.

In understanding such, I decided to try this out:

Breakfast - 400 calories emoticon

Morning Snack - 125 calories emoticon

Lunch - 400 calories emoticon

Afternoon Snack - 125 calories emoticon

Dinner - 400 calories emoticon

Night Snack - 125 calories emoticon

**Total estimated calories: 1,575 Calories**

This is the plan for when I start buying groceries in a few months. Next plan of action is finding good "snack foods" and recipes on the site.

I can't wait for my 26th birthday in 2012!!! emoticon emoticon

    Oh! I didn't think about that!! Thank you for pointing that out. I'll tweak the numbers a bit to go towards the higher caloric values. emoticon

    hey one thing everyone keeps telling me is to try and actually stick to the higher end of the calories range. I don't know how much you are exercising, but if you're trying to do more, you could burn more calories than sp thinks and make your body go into "starvation" mode. It makes your metabolism actually slow down and store more fat. Just a suggestion. But I like your idea of having meal goals... Good thinking! and good luck
