According to the Spark Calorie counter, I am to eat between 1,340 and 1,690 calories per day.
I have found that out of habit, I have 3 huge meals a day which easily cause me to go over my daily allowance of calories.
In understanding such, I decided to try this out:
Breakfast - 400 calories
Morning Snack - 125 calories
Lunch - 400 calories
Afternoon Snack - 125 calories
Dinner - 400 calories
Night Snack - 125 calories
**Total estimated calories: 1,575 Calories**
This is the plan for when I start buying groceries in a few months. Next plan of action is finding good "snack foods" and recipes on the site.
I can't wait for my 26th birthday in 2012!!!
