Last two days have been very stressful. Out of control, couldn't keep up with the demands of work; I know all this is work related. I spend my first couple hours after work just getting back to peace. Today, I was catching up and organizing my piles at work, which helped me leave work feeling like something was accomplished. I am reading Stress-proof your life by Elisabeth Wilson, but I have not tried any of the ideas that are provided in the book. I know I'll have to re-read it.
