Enough is enough

I have not forgotten weight loss take time, but it sure doesn't mean that I am not frustrated. For those who don't know I had RAI treatment done on my thyroid in March, well since I can't take methamazole I had to just wait till my levels dropped enough to be put on Armour thyroid. Well my weight had started to increase at first, but now I am gaining like 2-5 lbs per week. I have made the decision to call my doc about it because it seems a bit excessive to me. I am now considered morbidly obese, and my weight is higher than I ever thought it would be.... That being said I am reaching out to anyone who might have a suggestion or thought or anything that could help keep me from gaining even more weight.

I am also making a promise to myself and everyone else that I will not gain anymore weight, I will do my excerise on my days, I will count my calories all day long everyday, and I will give my weight loss journey 100% everyday.

Definitely go back and see your doctor! My mother has thyroid issues and had to try several different medications before she found one that worked. She also has weight issues, and has found taking her medication at night seems to make a difference. Having a medical condition that makes you gain weight can be so stressful so major kudos to you for exercising and logging! You can do it, but definitely talk to your doctor to see if any changes need to be made or if there is anything they can do for you. Good luck! emoticon
